*My doujin circle has entrusted our doujinshi to Toranoana, the same operator as Fantia, for over 20 years.If Fantia’s management investigates, they should be able to verify my hand-drawn style spanning over 20 years. “Generated results from animating illustrations using Grok’s Imagine and recreating my art style” should not fall under “AI-generated works prohibited by Fantia management.”
However, as a precaution, I have now contacted Fantia management. I use Fantia as the foundation for my creative activities and have absolutely no intention of violating their terms. I would appreciate your understanding.
I cannot disclose the specifics of the response from fantia management, but after receiving their response, I have decided that the videos I published on fantia do not qualify as “AI-based works.”

＊弊fantiaは9年運営弊サークル「濃縮還元帝国！」は20年以上前からfantiaと運営が同じ、とらのあなに同人誌を委託しております。私のgrokを使用しない画風をfantia運営が認識するのは容易と思ってます。「私のイラストをgrokのimagineで動画化し、私の画風を残すようカスタマイズした生成結果」は、「fantia運営が禁止しているAI主体作品には該当しないと」思っておりますが、念のため当記事は問題無いか、fantia運営に問い合わせ中です。

fantia運営からの回答の具体的な内容は公開できないため伏せますが、fantiaからの回答を受け、fantiaに公開した動画は「AI主体作品」には該当しないと私は判断しました。

When I use grok to turn my drawings into short videos, I’m particular about maintaining my art style.
I upgraded X to a premium account. This is because I’m not good with short-form social media. I wanted a feature that allows me to write longer posts. However, since I went to the trouble of upgrading, I’m trying out grok.
I turned an illustration I drew into a video using grok. Since it resembles my art style quite well, I’m sharing it. I am particular about my own art style. I will not publish videos where grok has altered my artwork to match a different art style.
I’m just testing whether I can use grok as a tool. I’m not giving up drawing by hand. I’m saying this because some people might worry that I’m going to stop drawing altogether.

So right now, I’m exploring whether grok can help me create videos that reflect my art style. At this point, I don’t think it’s ready to be released as a finished work. The images I’ve published are also just tests for the video.
I’m aware of AI issues, including grok. However, a large number of my paintings are already tagged and widely available. Before anyone misuses my paintings with grok or similar tools, I wanted to create grok videos of my own artwork.
grokを使用し自作絵を極力画風維持で動画化をはじめた件
Xすぐ消してしまうので、続けやすくするために長文課金をしました。折角なのでgrokを試しています。他に優先することが色々あったのと、特に１枚絵メインの絵描きさんの間であまりにイメージが悪すぎたので、あえて即grok等AIをチャットボットをつかわなくてもなとおもってました。
しかし、以前から正当な対価を払ってグレーでないのなら漫画の背景や、１枚絵を動画化するAI機能がクリスタにつけばいいのになと、どうにかかつようできないのか、絶対触るべきではない！みたいなのはどうなのかとモヤモヤはしていました。
そういう燻っていた思いももありまして、Xプレミアム、長文だけではもったいないかと。grokプレミアムで使える期間に活用してみて、自分に必要なのか、今は全く必要ないか、悪用されるとしたら何が想定されるか試そうと思い直しました。
それは私がスカルガや筋肉娘という、海外の無断転載掲示板に無名でも転載されやすく、AIの学習データに反映されやすいというのが今更手遅れなところがあるからです。私が目を反らしても悪用する人がいれば悪用する。生成AIが流行する前に、二次創作絵台詞書き換えとかもされましたし。
自分の絵をgrokでショート動画化を試しています。絵を動画化は自分ではとてもできないと諦めていたところです。拘って動画を作る方からみると、アラが多く見劣りすると思いますが、極力自分の作風に近いと感じたショート動画のみを公開予定です。
AI主体作品はfantia規約違反なこともありますが、私は自分の描いた絵が動画化する以外、全く興味がありませんので規約違反になりそうな動画を公開予定はありません。
色々ためしたものの、作画の補助ツールとしてはまだつかいこなせていないのが現状です。ただどうにか活用できないかを模索したいなと思います。
あくまでテスト投稿のため、支援者様限定で公開データは作りませんし、今後イラストの動画化メインになるということではありませんが、先にXやbluekyで公開したので、fantiaやサイトにも投稿しました。
私個人は、ジブリ風やよくある生成AI画像の画風に興味がありません。grokの活用を模索しているからといって、それらの作風には全く興味がないことはご理解いただければ幸いです。絵を描いていたならたとえばクリスタというソフトを使っていたら、みんな作品に興味を持たないといけないかというとそうではないわけで。好き嫌いもあるし、ツールを絵描き目線で悪用している人はないなと思う派です。どちらの味方になるかが生成AI画像は極端と思っていますので自分のスタンスも書いておきます。
